Jakarta, 2 June 2026PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk. (“FORE” or the “Company”), in collaboration with the Eka Tjipta Foundation, the Indonesian Vocational Education Advocacy Business Consortium (Konsorsium Pengusaha Peduli Vokasi RI), and Sinar Mas Digital Ventures (SMDV), has launched an intensive barista training program for students and teachers of SMKN 3 Tangerang. The initiative reflects the Company’s commitment to social sustainability by combining coffee industry expertise, educational philanthropy, and talent development support into a structured and measurable program.

Over the course of four days, fifteen participants attended a comprehensive training curriculum at the FORE Learning Center, Graha Ganesha. The program covered coffee fundamentals, espresso preparation and extraction techniques, milk steaming and latte art, signature beverage development, as well as key business operations such as POS systems, inventory management, customer experience, and hygiene and safety standards. The training concluded with a real-world service simulation during peak operating hours at Fore Coffee Borobudur Karawaci and Fore Coffee Supermall Karawaci, after which participants received official training certificates.

Advancing the Company’s Social Sustainability Commitment

This program is a part of FORE’s Social Performance pillar within its sustainability strategy, particularly in the areas of Community Development and Human Capital Development. It also aligns with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

Jakarta, 13 May 2026 — PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk (“the Company” or “FORE”), a publicly listed company in the food and beverage sector operating the Fore Coffee and Fore Donut brands, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Public Expose at Thamrin Nine Ballroom, Central Jakarta on Monday (11/05). The AGMS approved a number of key agenda items in support of the Company’s continued business growth. 

The following resolutions were approved by shareholders at the AGMS:

  1. The approval and ratification of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended on 31 December 2025 including the Activities Report of the Company, the Board of Commissioners Supervision Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ended on 31 December 2025, as well as the full release and discharge of the responsibility (acquit et de charge) to the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of the Company on the management and supervision of the Company during the relevant financial year.
  2. The determination of the use of net profits for the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
  3. The Appointment of the Public Accountant that will audit the financial statements of the Company for the  year ended on 31 December 2026.
  4. The approval on the determination of salary, honorarium and other benefits for the members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors.
  5. Accountability Report on the Realization of the Use of Proceeds from the Company’s Initial Public Offering.
  6. Approval of the change of the Company’s address.

Performance and Business Fundamentals

Amid a dynamic economic environment, intense industry competition, and cost pressures throughout 2025, the Company delivered solid performance by focusing on strengthening its business fundamentals, improving operational efficiency, and pursuing measured expansion. The Company recorded revenue growth of 44% year-on-year (YoY) and net profit growth of 55% YoY, driven by strategic expansion that brought the total number of active stores of Fore Coffee Indonesia to 316 by end of 2025 — an increase of 37% YoY. EBITDA grew 58% YoY as profitability improved on the back of greater economies of scale.

The recently published Sustainability Report and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure also highlights the Company’s tangible social impact. As of 31 December 2025, FORE’s total workforce exceeded 4,300 employees. As a labour-intensive business, FORE noted that 97% of its employees are under 30 years of age, 84% are graduates of senior high schools (SMA) and vocational high schools (SMK), and 45% are women. FORE provides a credible and inclusive formal career pathway for young talent through an intensive training programme for every barista and baker candidate. As a further expression of its commitment to human-resource development, the internal barista competition ‘Fore Grind Master’ was held for the third consecutive season in late 2025.

Jakarta, April 20, 2026 – PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk (FORE), a leading F&B group managing the Fore Coffee and Fore Donut brands, delivered another stellar quarter, recording a 60.5% YoY increase in Net Profit to IDR 9.4 billion in 1Q26, up from IDR 5.9 billion in 1Q25. EBITDA grew 66.7% YoY to IDR 81.1 billion from IDR 60.0 billion in the prior-year period. These results were underpinned by a 52.4% YoY jump in Revenue to IDR 444 billion, compared to IDR 292 billion in 1Q25, and were accompanied by meaningful margin expansion, with EBITDA margin widening to 18.3% from 16.7% and Net Profit margin growing on a YoY basis.

These results are particularly notable given the dual headwinds of the Ramadan low season and an increasingly uncertain global geopolitical environment. The Company’s performance is a testament to the resilience of its business model, the strength of its brand equity, and the execution excellence of its team. Fore Coffee continued to expand its customer base and cement its position as the preferred destination for premium-quality coffee at an accessible price point. Profitability improvements were further supported by higher economies of scale.

Fore Coffee Indonesia continued its strategic store rollout, adding 20+ new outlets during 1Q26. Notably, over 40% of these new openings were located in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, reflecting both the growing demand for premium coffee experiences in these markets and Management’s commitment to deploying IPO proceeds in accordance with its strategy. As of the end of 1Q26, Fore Coffee Indonesia’s network had grown 35% YoY, reaching 338 active stores compared to 251 in 1Q25.

Fore Donut: Accelerating Footprint Growth

Following the successful launch of its first two outlets in 4Q25, Fore Donut opened five additional locations during 1Q26. In 2026, the brand is focused on accelerating its footprint expansion to meet growing consumer demand for its distinctively handcrafted products, made with quality local ingredients. Building on its near-term plan to open at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Fore Donut will also soon make its debut in Bandung and Surabaya, extending the brand’s reach to several of Indonesia’s key markets.

Jakarta, March 31, 2026 – PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk (FORE), the parent company of the Fore Coffee and Fore Donut brands, recorded a stellar 55% YoY increase in net profit, reaching IDR 90.1 billion for the FY25 period. EBITDA surged 58% YoY to IDR 300 billion, from IDR 190 billion recorded in FY24. In addition to the expansion of EBITDA margin to 20% from 18.3% in FY24, this growth was driven by a 44% YoY jump in Revenue, reaching IDR 1.5 trillion compared to IDR 1.04 trillion in FY24.

This strong financial performance was underpinned by the strategic expansion of Fore Coffee Indonesia, which added 90+ new stores throughout 2025. Notably, 60+ of these outlets were established post the IPO in April, fulfilling the management’s commitment to shareholders regarding the strategic use of IPO proceeds. By the end of 2025, Fore Coffee Indonesia’s network grew 37% YoY, totaling 316 active stores compared to 231 at the close of 2024.

New Growth Horizons: Fore Donut

In late 2025, the company achieved a significant milestone by launching its first two Fore Donut outlets in Supermall Karawaci (Tangerang) and Panglima Polim (South Jakarta). Following a warm market reception, the brand’s momentum carried into March 2026 with the opening of its 7th location in Epiwalk (South Jakarta). This successful diversification demonstrates the company’s ability to execute organic growth initiatives and capture new market segments.

TANGERANG, March 25, 2026 – PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk (FORE) reaffirmed its commitment to social care through concrete actions focusing on public health. Coinciding with the final week of the holy month of Ramadan and in anticipation of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H, FORE implemented a CSR program titled “ForeCare: Nutrition for the Nation” on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the Teluknaga Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Tangerang Regency.

Through this initiative, FORE distributed Supplementary Food Packages (PMT) to 300 undernourished toddlers and 66 pregnant women with special needs (KE) and anemia, residing in seven villages in the Teluknaga District. The distribution of the packages was carried out in collaboration with the Community Health Center administrators and Village Cadres.

The distribution ceremony was attended by FORE management. Mohammad Fahmi Rachmattulah, Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk, symbolically handed over the packages to the Head of the Teluknaga Community Health Center, Dr. Husna Meiyanti, and representatives of pregnant women and toddlers from the local village.

In his remarks, Fahmi stated, “This ForeCare program focuses on providing supplemental nutrition to residents in need, around our operational area. As part of our sustainable growth, FORE wants to actively contribute to national efforts to combat stunting and malnutrition, especially among vulnerable groups such as pregnant women and toddlers.”

The aid distributed consisted of Supplementary Food Packages (PMT) specially prepared based on the guidance of a nutritionist at the Teluknaga Community Health Center and in accordance with the standards of the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kemenkes). The packages include:

For Undernourished Toddlers: Fortified rice and cooking oil, omega-3 eggs, and high-protein beans (mung beans and red beans).

For Pregnant Women (CED & Anemia): In addition to the fortified food packages, the Company provides additional milk containing high levels of protein, calcium, DHA-Omega 3, and essential vitamins and minerals to support fetal health and maternal nutritional adequacy.

This nutritional intervention targets beneficiaries across seven villages in Teluknaga District. The FORE team was warmly welcomed by residents, including Mrs. Sukeni, a resident of Kampung Melayu Timur Village, who attended with her daughter, Nadira (3.5 years old).

“Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), I’m so happy to receive assistance like omega-3 eggs and vitamin-fortified rice for my child. Honestly, this has been a huge help for us at home,” said Mrs. Sukeni, filled with gratitude, as she chatted with the FORE volunteer team.

“We hope this Supplementary Food Package can provide significant nutritional support to support the health of expectant mothers and toddlers in Teluknaga. On this occasion, FORE colleagues also interacted directly with residents and listened to their daily stories so we can continue to understand the needs of the community where we live,” concluded Fahmi.

    Fore Coffee memperingati Hari Kartini pada Sabtu, 20 April 2024 di HO Fore Coffee, Jakarta. Perayaan yang diperingati setiap tanggal 21 April setiap tahunnya ini adalah bentuk untuk menghargai perjuangan R.A Kartini, seorang tokoh inspiratif bagi kaum perempuan di Indonesia. Momen ini juga jadi cara mengapresiasi perjuangan Kartini dalam meraih kesetaraan di berbagai bidang.

    Berkembangnya zaman dan teknologi membuat perempuan harus dapat beradaptasi dengan baik mulai dari pendidikan, karir, hingga menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari. Merayakan Hari Kartini tidak hanya sekadar menggunakan kebaya saja, tetapi juga bisa dalam berbagai cara, termasuk memahami industri kopi. Salah satunya melalui acara Women in Coffee dalam menyambut Hari Kartini tahun ini.

    Women in Coffee diisi oleh dua perempuan hebat yaitu Sabrina Mayang dan Marchieta Almathea, Top 6 Finalist Fore Grind Master 2023. Mereka menjadi salah dua dari perwakilan para perempuan hebat yang jadi bagian dari Fore Coffee.

    Keduanya tak hanya aktif sebagai Barista Fore Coffee, tetapi juga menjalani berbagai kegiatan lainnya seperti melakukan hobi di luar pekerjaannya bahkan melanjutkan studi pendidikan yang tinggi. Tak hanya itu, keduanya juga selalu mengeksplorasi diri supaya terus berkembang dan diakui di industri kopi.

    Para peserta yang hadir begitu antusias mengikuti rangkaian acara. Mulai dari mendengarkan pemaparan materi dari kedua pembicara, mengetahui apa itu coffee essentials, belajar membuat Latte Art dan mengikuti challenge-nya hingga sharing session tentang seluk-beluk industri kopi Indonesia yang saat ini tidak hanya sekadar segelas minuman saja, tetapi sudah menjadi bagian dari kita dalam menikmati dan merayakan hal-hal yang penting di setiap harinya.

    Pesta demokrasi terbesar di Indonesia, pemilihan umum (Pemilu) serentak telah tiba juga di bulan Februari 2024 lalu. Untuk itu Fore Coffee ingin memberikan wadah bagi masyarakat untuk berani bersuara dan menggunakan hak suaranya dengan bijak untuk harapan bagi Indonesia selama 5 tahun ke depan melalui campaign #ForeYourVoiceMatters (#FYVM). Acara ini berlangsung dari tanggal 11-13 Februari 2024 di Fore Coffee Kuningan City Mall, Jakarta Selatan pada pukul 11.00-14.00 WIB setiap harinya.

    Mengusung tagline “Make It Heard!”, acara #ForeYourVoiceMatters menghadirkan booth khusus berbentuk papper cup yang biasa digunakan untuk menyajikan menu minuman hangat Fore Coffee, yaitu Fore Voice Booth. Di dalam booth tersebut, para pengunjung bisa menyuarakan aspirasi, pesan, hingga harapan untuk Indonesia di masa depan setelah mendengarkan sebuah pesan khusus di telepon.

    Harapannya, mereka yang ikut dan datang ke Fore Voice Booth dapat menyadari bahwa suara mereka sangatlah penting untuk masa depan negeri ini dan berani mengekspresikan aspirasinya untuk perkembangan Indonesia.

    Setelah menyuarakan harapan mereka di dalam Fore Voice Booth, pengunjung akan diajak untuk membagikan keseruan dan kehadiran mereka di acara tersebut melalui unggahan Instagram Story, Feed, Reel, atau video TikTok di akun pribadi.
