JAKARTA, 7 July 2026 — PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk (IDX: FORE) participated in the talkshow “Beyond Profit: Creating Impactful Innovation,” held on Thursday, 2 July 2026, at Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya (Unika Atma Jaya) in Jakarta. The Company was represented on the panel by M. Fahmi Rachmattulah, Director of Strategy & Corporate Development. The session forms part of Green Campus Connect (GCC) 2, an initiative by Katadata Green, delivered under Road to Permata INSPIRE, a discussion platform convened by PermataBank.
The talkshow brought together approximately 60 participants comprising university students, social entrepreneurs and academics, and examined how the next generation of innovators can create solutions that generate not only economic value but also lasting social and environmental impact.
Fahmi shared the panel with Ahmad Mikail Madjid, Technology Director of PermataBank, and Rosdiana Sijabat, Professor School of Business and Social Innovation Unika Atma Jaya, with the discussion moderated by Romora Edward Sitorus, Policy Advisor at the Asian Development Bank. The panel discussed the shift from purely profit-oriented innovation toward impact-driven innovation and the mindset young entrepreneurs need to build ventures that are both innovative and beneficial to society.
FORE’s Innovation Journey, from Product to Ecosystem
During the session, Fahmi described how innovation has become embedded in FORE’s identity since its founding. Founded with the mission of making high-quality coffee more accessible to Indonesians, FORE began by building an ecosystem centered on locally sourced ingredients. Leveraging Indonesia’s rich coffee heritage, the Company committed to using 100% locally grown coffee beans and palm sugar, reinforcing its support for domestic producers while delivering premium-quality beverages at an accessible price point.
Recognizing the transformative role of technology in enhancing customer experience, FORE further strengthened its value proposition with the launch of the Fore Coffee App shortly after the brand launched in 2018. The digital platform introduced a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) customer journey, enabling customers to order, pay, and collect their beverages with greater convenience. This technology-driven innovation established a key point of differentiation.
Building on this foundation, FORE has continued to drive innovation across multiple dimensions of its business, extending beyond product development to create meaningful value throughout its ecosystem. In addition to introducing customer favorites such as the Butterscotch Sea Salt Latte and Kopi Dari Tani, the Company has expanded its innovation focus to encompass environmental stewardship as well as community and employee empowerment. These initiatives reflect FORE’s commitment to creating long-term, sustainable impact that extends far beyond the products it serves.
“Our greatest innovation is not our products, but the way we invest in people,” said Fahmi. “We believe that initiatives focused on community and employee development, such as the Fore Academy & Training Program and Fore Grind Master, have generated meaningful impact by strengthening our commitment to quality, sustainability, and long-term business growth.”
Concluding the session, Fahmi encouraged students aspiring to become entrepreneurs or business leaders to embrace innovation and sustainability as foundational principles from the very beginning of their entrepreneurial journey. He emphasized that businesses create lasting value when these principles are embedded into their core strategy, rather than being introduced only after achieving scale.

A Well-Received Discussion
The panel discussion proceeded smoothly and was followed by an active question-and-answer session with students, reflecting strong engagement from the academic community on the theme of impact-driven innovation. FORE’s participation underscores the Company’s continued commitment to mentorship and knowledge-sharing between business practitioners and Indonesia’s youth and university community, consistent with its broader environmental, social, and governance (ESG) agenda.
