FORE Wins Anugerah ESG IDX Channel 2026: A Sustainability Commitment Embedded in Business

Jakarta, 29 July 2026 — PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk (IDX: FORE) has officially received an award at the Anugerah ESG IDX Channel 2026, themed “Beyond Compliance: Leveraging ESG to Create Long-Term Corporate Value,” in the Consumer Goods Sector category. This marks FORE’s first participation since its IPO in April 2025, and serves as proof that the Company’s sustainability commitment was built from the very first day it was listed on the stock exchange.

The award is organised by IDX Channel as a recognition of listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that have implemented ESG practices in a tangible and measurable way. FORE received this award based on its ESG programs carried out throughout 2024 to 2026, covering three core pillars: environment, through the reduction of single-use plastics, packaging recycling, and the FOREsponsible circular economy initiative; social, through the empowerment of over 5,200 young employees, vocational training, and community intervention programs; and governance, through transparent and accountable practices in line with OJK and GRI standards. The assessment focused on the consistency and measurable impact of all initiatives undertaken by FORE as a public F&B company in its first year on the exchange.

Protecting the Environment, One Store at a Time

For FORE, environmental commitment begins at every coffee and donut outlet. Fore Coffee stores are furnished with pieces crafted from recycled plastic waste in partnership with local partners Robries and Wastgood — a deliberate choice made to actively drive the circular economy. Customers are also invited to participate through a discount program for those who bring their own reusable tumbler, a small incentive that carries significant impact at the scale of hundreds of outlets and millions of transactions.

Growing Alongside the People Around the Business

FORE’s commitment to social impact is reflected, first and foremost, in its workforce. Of more than 5,200 employees as of July 2026, 97% are under the age of 30 and 84% are senior high school (SMA/SMK) graduates, a group that often has limited access to the formal employment sector. The Fore Academy & Training Center has graduated more than 900 baristas in the past six months alone, while Fore Grind Master — the Company’s internal barista competition now in its third season — has opened a tangible career pathway from the store floor to the head office. Finalists selected from over 3,000 participants now hold strategic positions across FORE’s R&D and Marketing divisions.

Beyond its own workforce, FORE runs community programs with measurable outcomes. The FORECare: Nutrition for the Nation program supported 300 malnourished toddlers in Tangerang. In Solo, a donation of organic waste processing equipment to the Joko Tingkir Pajang volunteers is enabling the long-term preservation of the Kleco River. And in June 2026, the FORE Edukasi program delivered an intensive barista training for 15 students and teachers from SMKN 3 Tangerang, covering everything from coffee fundamentals to live store simulations, establishing a model for vocational partnership with potential for national replication.

Governance as a Foundation, Not a Formality

All of FORE’s ESG initiatives rest on a governance structure built from the outset. Sustainability reporting is aligned with OJK and GRI standards, guided by a Materiality Matrix that identifies priority issues: packaging waste, energy efficiency, barista welfare, and coffee supply chain sustainability. Halal Certification held since 2023, together with a Code of Conduct covering anti-corruption, data protection, and a whistleblowing system, reinforce the Company’s commitment that transparency is not an exception — it is the operational standard and the foundation of FORE’s sustainable business.
