Fore Coffee Indonesia continued its strategic store rollout, adding more than 40 new outlets during 1H26; over 40% of which were located in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. FORE’s 1H26 results reaffirm the strength of its Premium Affordable business model that combines brand equity, operational discipline, and consistent execution across its growing network. Fore Coffee continued to broaden its customer base, solidifying its role as Indonesia’s preferred destination for premium-quality coffee at an accessible price point, while profitability was further lifted by greater economies of scale.

Fore Donut: Building Trust Through Halal Certification and Continued Expansion
Building on the successful launch of its first two outlets in 4Q25, Fore Donut opened 8 additional locations during 1H26, continuing its rapid rollout, including its debut in a new city, Surabaya. The brand’s receipt of halal certification in early July 2026 marks a key milestone, reinforcing consumer trust as demand grows for its distinctively handcrafted products made with honest, humble local ingredients. Fore Donut is set to open at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport next, followed by its debut in Bandung, further extending the brand’s reach across Indonesia’s key markets.
Management Commentary
Vico Lomar, President Director, stated:
“Our 1H26 results are a direct reflection of the discipline we bring to every part of the operation — from product consistency to the customer experience at every store. We are equally disciplined in capital allocation, ensuring every rupiah of IPO proceeds and every new store opening is deployed with a clear line of sight to shareholder returns. This half’s performance shows that operational excellence and shareholder value creation are not separate goals for us — they are the same goal.”
