Jakarta, 13 October 2026 — PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk (“FORE” or the “Company”) has received the Top Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the Year 2026 award in recognition of its commitment to implementing impactful initiatives across the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) spectrum. The award was presented at the Award Ceremony held at the Grand Capitol Ballroom, Manhattan Hotel Jakarta, on Tuesday (13/10).
The award, presented by TRAS N CO Indonesia and INFOBRAND.ID, was based on research covering more than 300 companies and brands in Indonesia, with assessments focusing on the concept, contribution, and impact of CSR programs.
The recognition comes amid a period of strong business growth for FORE. In the first half of 2026 (1H26), the Company posted revenue of IDR 1 trillion, growing 52% year-on-year (YoY), with active store count reaching 377 outlets, up 44% YoY. As the business expands, FORE continues to broaden its contributions to the environment and society, while reinforcing its governance through the consistent application of ESG principles.
“This award serves as a reminder that social and environmental programs must deliver real and meaningful benefits to the community. For FORE, CSR — as one expression of the Social pillar in ESG — is part of our commitment to building sustainable business growth while creating value for the communities around us,” said Mercy Aritonang, Human Capital Director of FORE, upon receiving the award.
FORE’s ESG Framework: Environment, Social, and Good Corporate Governance
FORE’s sustainability initiatives are structured to ensure that the Company’s business growth runs in parallel with environmental stewardship, stakeholder well-being, and responsible business practices. Through this framework, FORE directs its CSR programs towards issues that are genuinely relevant to community and environmental needs, while engaging employees, customers, partners, and communities to collectively create and experience the positive impact.
Strengthening Social Contributions Through Nutrition and Empowerment
One of FORE’s key priorities is supporting improved community well-being through access to nutrition and skills development.
Through its ForeCare “Nutrition for the Nation” program in March 2026, conducted in partnership with the Teluknaga Community Health Centre (Puskesmas) in Tangerang Regency, FORE distributed Supplementary Food Packages (Paket Makanan Tambahan/PMT) to 300 malnourished toddlers and 66 pregnant women experiencing Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) and anaemia, across seven villages in Teluknaga District.
The food packages were developed in consultation with Puskesmas nutritionists and aligned with Ministry of Health guidelines. Contents included omega eggs, legumes, fortified rice and cooking oil, as well as high-protein, calcium, DHA, and Omega-3 milk for pregnant mothers.
Monitoring results showed measurable improvements across all beneficiary groups. Of 39 pregnant women with CED, 12 (31.6%) reached a mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC) of ≥23.5 cm, exiting the CED category. Of 27 pregnant women with anaemia, 14 (51.9%) achieved normal haemoglobin levels (≥11 g/dL). All 300 monitored toddlers recorded weight gains, as tracked by the Posyandu and Teluknaga Puskesmas.
FORE also works to strengthen young people’s readiness to enter the workforce through its Barista Training program. In partnership with the Eka Tjipta Foundation, the Consortium of Vocational-Focused Business Leaders (Konsorsium Pengusaha Peduli Vokasi RI), and Sinar Mas Digital Ventures, FORE delivered a four-day training program for 15 students and teachers from SMKN 3 Tangerang at the FORE Learning Center. Participants received training in espresso technique, latte art, and store operations, before completing a live service simulation and receiving official certificates. As a result, students from SMKN 3 Tangerang now run their own coffee kiosk within the school premises — a tangible expression of vocational learning in practice and a step towards building a skilled, industry-ready workforce.
Promoting Community-Based Environmental Management
On the environmental front, FORE encourages community and employee participation in responsible resource and waste management.
In November 2025, FORE donated an organic waste shredding machine and a chainsaw to the Joko Tingkir Pajang volunteers, a community group actively working to preserve the Kleco and Jenes Rivers in Surakarta. The equipment is used to process organic waste collected from residents of Kelurahan Pajang and from the rivers themselves, reducing the volume of waste sent to the Putri Cempo landfill.
Internally, FORE ran its Trash to Treasure programme to mark World Environment Day. Guided by the principle of reuse, employees were invited to donate usable pre-owned items for redistribution. In its inaugural run, 80 items were collected — including clothing, books, bags, and accessories. Items not claimed by fellow employees were donated to those in need within the community.
#ForeKalimantan: Collaborating with Kitabisa
FORE also opened a channel for customers to participate in its impact through the #ForeKalimantan initiative, developed in collaboration with Kitabisa. Through its Kopi Dari Tani product, FORE invited customers to support communities affected by forest and land fires in Kalimantan.
During the period of 31 August to 12 September 2026, every purchase of Kopi Dari Tani contributed to a donation channelled through Kitabisa. Through this initiative, FORE disbursed IDR 100 million to support schoolchildren through the Ruang Nafas (Breathing Space) programme in West Kalimantan and South Kalimantan — a programme designed to create clean air zones within school environments.
Building Broader and Lasting Impact
For FORE, CSR goes beyond the act of giving. It is directed at building engagement and lasting benefits that can continue to grow within the Company’s ecosystem. Through this approach, social and environmental programmes are designed to involve a wide range of stakeholders — from employees, customers, and partners to the communities FORE serves.
As its network and business continue to expand, the Company is committed to developing programmes that remain relevant to community and environmental needs, while deepening collaboration with its stakeholders.
“We want to ensure that FORE’s growth runs in step with our contributions to society and the environment. Every initiative we run is intended to create a multiplier effect — so that its benefits are felt not only by direct recipients, but continue to grow through the engagement of various stakeholders,” said M. Fahmi Rachmattulah, Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, FORE.
