Fore Takes Remedial Action and Strengthens Security Following Unauthorized Access to Customer Data

Jakarta, 28 October 2026 — PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk (“FORE”) has confirmed unauthorized access to one of the platforms the Company uses to manage customer data, which resulted in some customer data being accessed by an unauthorized party. Immediately after the unauthorized activity was identified, FORE took steps to stop the access and secured the relevant system within 24 hours. The Company conducted security testing, addressed the vulnerabilities found, updated the relevant platform to its latest version and implemented additional security measures.

Based on its internal investigation, FORE identified unusual activity in the form of unauthorized access to the relevant platform. Preliminary findings indicate that the incident affected the data of up to approximately 5.7 million customer accounts.

The types of data affected vary for each customer and may include name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, the address registered on the Fore app, hashed PIN and purchase history on the Fore app.

The Fore app has never requested or stored national identity numbers (NIK) or ID card (KTP) photos. In addition, FORE does not store payment information, including credit or debit card details, which is held on a separate platform. As a result, this data was not affected.

To ensure a thorough and independent investigation, FORE has also appointed independent cybersecurity consultant to conduct a further forensic investigation of the Fore app, the relevant platform and other relevant information technology systems. The investigation is ongoing.

FORE has reported the incident to the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Komdigi) and will continue to coordinate with the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Company is also contacting affected customers directly. As a precaution, FORE is asking customers who receive a notification to change their Fore account PIN immediately, or to create one if they do not yet have one, and to change the PIN of any other account that uses the same PIN. The Fore app has also implemented two-factor authentication (2FA) for account logins from new devices, serving as an additional security layer to protect your account. To date, there is no indication that the accessed information has been misused.

Customers are also urged to stay alert to phone calls, SMS, emails and WhatsApp messages claiming to be from FORE, and not to share their PIN or OTP code with anyone.

“We understand the concern this incident has caused, and we sincerely apologize to the affected customers. Protecting customer data is our responsibility. Our focus now is on supporting affected customers, completing a thorough investigation, and ensuring that the lessons from this incident translate into real improvements to our security systems and governance,” said Vico Lomar, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk.

Fore will continue to take the necessary steps based on the findings of the investigation, and will share relevant material developments once the information has been verified.
